Pocket Toolkit (“the App”) is designed with privacy as a core principle. We believe that utility apps should not require access to your personal data. This policy explains what data is (and is not) collected.

Data We Collect

• Anonymous crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics — helps us fix bugs. Can be disabled in Settings.
• Aggregate usage analytics (tool opens, feature usage) via Firebase Analytics — no personally identifiable information.
• Ad identifiers used by Google AdMob to show relevant ads (standard Google policy).

Data We Do NOT Collect

• No camera footage is stored or transmitted.
• QR / barcode scan results are stored locally on your device only.
• No location data.
• No contacts, files, or messages.
• No account or registration required.

Camera Permission

The camera is used exclusively for QR/barcode scanning within the app. No images are saved or transmitted.

Data Retention

All locally stored data (scan history, settings) remains on your device and can be cleared at any time from Settings → Clear scan history.
